Sarah delivered a bespoke short programmes for our staff, both of EU & non EU nationality, on our vessels. The workshop focused on the priority of getting the people to see the need for the right voice projection, due to accents, nationalities and the importance of the messages we were conveying and she did this in both a theoretical & very practical manner.
Feedback from the sessions was very positive, and despite initial fears of having to be recorded & listening to their own voices by the end of the workshop staff could hear the difference the few hours had made. Sarah’s approach to the sessions was professional but relaxed. She adapted to the needs of our business by conducting the sessions in our environment with use of our systems & current scripts, which was much appreciated & made the staff feel very comfortable.
